About the company

Sree Dhanalakshmi Cycle Stores was founded in 1960 by Late Sri. Kopparthi Ramabrahmam and started as a bike renting store. Now we are one of the oldest authorized bicycle dealers for major Indian bicycle brands Hero, BSA, Hercules, Avon and having the plans to expand more brands in future.

We sold nearly 1.5 Lakh bicycles offline giving utmost priority to customer satisfaction and supplied nearly 10000 bicycles to govt. of Andhra Pradesh for the welfare scheme called “Adarana” in 1994 and 1999.

While e-commerce is emerging in Indian market, we strated selling our products on all major Indian online market places (Amazon, Flipkart, Paytm and SnapDeal) in 2016 and delivering our products to 80% of the pincodes in India. We sold nearly 5000 bicycles online with excellent customer feedback.

I was looking to reignite my childhood passion for cycling in this lockdown. 25 years back I used to own a BSA SLR photon and was looking to buy a similar – lightweight, gearless, sleek cycle in this new era of cycling. Local cycle stores in Kolkata were not having this cycle listed in their product list. Tried Amazon and found this cycle in sale by SREE DHANALAKSHMI CYCLE STORES. While doing my part of background analysis I got positive feedback and instead of buying it from Amazon, I contacted them directly to get a better deal. They did not dishearten me. I got a better deal from them and the cycle was delivered to me on time with top-notch packing and 95% fitted and shipped through Bluedart in an immaculate condition. I took a risk by buying from an unknown far-located seller, without going with Amazon. But it was worthwhile. It was like a reunion for me with my childhood memories. There was a minor issue in one of the cycle pedals, when reported to them, they delivered another pair of pedals. Hats off to them. If you are planning to buy one then definitely consider them. They are always responding to customers’ ask with a smile on their face.

Hi friends, myself from bangalore and writing this review after one week of cycle purchase. I bought BSA photon from sree dhanalakshmi cycle mart. I ordered the cycle based in the reviews shared in other ecomerce websites. During this pandemic directly enquired about the stock and the same was available. It was a friendly conversation and cleared all my doubts. Got the cycle in 2 days from the date of order with good packing condition. Interaction with me was friendly and nice.
